Single player is no much different from multiplayer. Outside of a few exceptional first person shooters like doom and titanfall 2 the lack of great single player fps titles is a sad thing. For multiplayer the zeds have increased damage and healthpoints for every additional player. Also if you are playing solo your self healing q heals 50hp instead of 20hp.
